The man

A man was taking a long drive with his wife , the wind was blowing , it was at night time , when randomly  a girl jumps on the street. The husband had to swerve and almost hit a tree. They tried to find the girl but she vanished in the dark. A couple streets ahead they saw a man who was stopping the car. He said " Me and my daughter were talking a walk when she ran of , do you know were she went? The husband said that they saw her 2 streets before and even offered him to get in the car and help find her but he said no. Then they drove off after helping that man. The next day in the news there was headlines about a girl found dead on the mountain and when the showed the pic of the man they realised that the man who was there was lying about being her father and they were just involved in a crime.
